Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual & Smart Building PoE Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support for AV conference spaces, Power over Ethernet (PoE) powered smart building systems including lighting, as well as environmental sensors and IoT devices.

What You Will Do

Provide white-glove technical support for internal, customer, and C-level executive meetings, monitor and manage conference room booking systems, and ensure cleanliness, temperature, and functionality of conference rooms.

We are looking for a candidate with 2 years' experience in a client/customer service-oriented environment, preferably in a corporate conference center or smart building environment.

Requirements

- 2 years' experience in a client/customer service-oriented environment, preferably in a corporate conference center or smart building environment




- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Office in an office environment
- Familiarity with integrated AV systems
- Familiarity with Power over Ethernet (PoE) technologies and IoT devices
- Strong working knowledge of video conferencing platforms (WebEx)
- Familiarity with PoE standards
- Basic understanding of building automation and control systems
- Electronics troubleshooting skills with ability to determine and localize problems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system schematics
- CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification
- DSP Programming certification (BIAMP, QSC)
