Plena Healthcare is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our Residential Aged Care team. You will deliver personalised treatments within a team-oriented multidisciplinary setting, tailoring therapy programs to resident goals and priorities through the Plena Care Pathway.

Key duties include comprehensive assessments, mobility and daily living supports, falls risk reduction, equipment planning, skin integrity management, and pain control.
