Urbun Bakery in Sydney's western region is seeking process workers and dough makers for permanent shifts. Based in Wetherill Park, our busy wholesale bakery produces milk buns for top Sydney restaurants and cafes.
Duties include weighing, mixing and shaping dough, operating proving cabinets and ovens, and maintaining HACCP hygiene and OHS standards. Shifts run Monday to Friday 5pm–1am or 5:30am–1:30pm with possible overtime and occasional Saturdays.
