OCTEC seeks a Hub Pathways Manager in Canberra to strengthen partnerships with local organisations, employers and services. You will develop tailored pathways to employment and coordinate in office supports in Community Hubs across the region.

You will arrange co-location spaces and referral pathways, ensuring integrated services for youth and other participants, including non-Centrelink job seekers, leveraging OCTEC tools and Biz Support packages.
