Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking a C-130J Loadmaster Instructor to conduct ground-based syllabus activities and provide SME support. The role includes delivering ground school, training device instruction, and developing relevant courseware and instructor guides to ensure learners meet operational standards.

Ideal candidates will be ADF qualified as Loadmaster and Loadmaster Instructor with extensive teaching experience, and robust communication and presentation skills.
