We are seeking a confident and reliable receptionist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in dental, medical, or healthcare-related reception or marketing roles. The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator who thrives in a team environment and enjoys helping people feel at ease.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional front-desk experience
- Managing appointments, recalls, and daily scheduling using dental software
- Handling incoming calls and patient enquiries with efficiency and empathyCoordinating treatment plans and patient follow-ups




- Processing payments, health fund claims, and administrative tasks
- Supporting marketing campaigns and patient engagement initiatives

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a dental/medical reception or healthcare marketing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in dental software preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
