Location: Australia Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our team In this role, you’ll support business improvement initiatives by gathering and analyzing data, documenting business requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancement. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a successful career in Business Analysis while contributing to meaningful business outcomes

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Assist in evaluating business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Support data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
- Prepare business documentation, process maps, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system enhancements
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
- Conduct market and business research to support strategic initiatives
- Maintain accurate project and business documentation
- Support other business analysis and operational projects as assigned

What We’re Looking For





- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Tableau is an advantage
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative mindset

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous internship, graduate program, or experience in business analysis, operations, administration, customer service, or project support is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, or business analysis techniques is advantageous
