Your day to day
dining
You will be a talented bar qualified with proven experience in a high-end environment in a leadership role where quality beverage, wine and food are key priorities.
Masterful mixology, with extensive knowledge of wine and exceptional knowledge and passion for cocktails is essential.
You will have a natural flair for service and in delivering a strong luxury service culture, with a natural ability to motivate and develop your Treasury Bar & Lounge team
Reporting to the Treasury Venue Manager,
you will play a critical hands on role in bringing to life our comprehensive bars program of this truly unique and luxury bar experience.
What we need from you
- 1 + years in a leadership or supervisory role within a similar Bars or restaurant or bars environment
- Solid skills in Bar knowledge and Bar service
- You will be working predominately evenings so need to be available 3pm to 12am
- Exceptional customer service focus and ability to develop genuine relationships and connections with guests
- Experience and ability to train and nurture your staff
- Attention to detail is super important across all touch-points of a guests experience
- Immaculate presentation and grooming - we are a luxury bar and food venue
- NSW RSA
- You must have full Australian working rights
