The Opportunity
- Servicing, maintenance, repair, test, installation and commissioning of electrical plant and equipment
- Providing support (onsite & phone) to Camp Staff and our Clients to resolve electrical issues at the Camps
- Preventative maintenance activities
- Completing required paperwork including checklists and HAZOB’s, and closing out of jobs using maintenance system MEX
- A “lifestyle” roster of two weeks on and two weeks off
- Paid training
- Meals & Accommodation provided at NMC’s Field Operation Facility and at mobile camps operating throughout Queensland and other states
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and evolving environment within the mobile and camp management service industry
About you
- 3 years’ experience maintaining electrical plant and equipment
- Excellent fault-finding abilitiesGood understanding of mobile camp operations
- Able to work unsupervised in remote locations
- Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen
- You will be working 12-hour shifts so need to be physically fit.
- Current Qld Electrical Fitter/ Electrical Mechanic License (Unrestricted)
- Current C Class Driver's License
- Current First Aid including CPR & LVR
