Industrial Engraving Solutions is a leading Australian supplier of compliance labels, safety signage and identification products for the electrical and renewable energy industries. We proudly support electrical contractors, solar and battery installers, switchboard manufacturers and electrical wholesalers across Australia by providing the products they need to complete safe and compliant installations.

As demand across these industries continues to grow, so does our business. We're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and confident individual to join our team in a unique 12-month Sales & Business Development Traineeship .

Unlike a traditional traineeship, this program has been specifically designed to develop the successful applicant into one of our future Outbound Business Development Representatives .

Your Development Journey

We believe the best sales professionals understand the products they sell and the customers they support.

During your traineeship you'll gain practical experience across our business, including:

Learning our extensive range of compliance labels,



safety signage and identification products

Gaining insight in the electrical & solar industries

Warehouse operations, stock control and inventory management

Production and manufacturing processes so you understand how our products are made

Customer service and internal sales

Preparing quotations and processing customer orders

CRM systems and sales administration

Business development, prospecting and relationship building

Working alongside our experienced sales team before progressively building your own customer portfolio

As your knowledge and confidence grow, you'll begin contacting prospective customers, introducing our products, preparing quotations and identifying new business opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

Sales experience is preferred but not essential - we're looking for attitude, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

The ideal candidate will:

Be organised, reliable and eager to learn

Enjoy working as part of a supportive team

Take pride in providing outstanding customer service

What We Offer





Structured 12-month Sales & Business Development Traineeship.

Comprehensive product, industry and sales training.

Mentoring from experienced business professionals.

Exposure to warehouse, production, customer service, and sales.

Permanent full-time office-based role in Belrose on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Starting salary for full-time role is $55,000–$60,000 (depending on experience) plus superannuation + commissions on new sales

A formal salary and performance review upon successful completion of the traineeship.

Some flexibility around work hours will be considered for applicants that are currently studying at University/Tafe

A genuine opportunity to progress into an Outbound Business Development Representative role, with increased responsibilities, performance incentives and ongoing career development.
