Fuse Recruitment are currently seeking a highly organised Logistics Coordinator for an initial 2 month assignment working Monday to Friday for a clientbased in Lane Cove West (NSW 2066) . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and structured workplace, playing a key part in logistics operations supporting a high-value technical product range.

Specialising in scientific imaging solutions. Our client supports a range of industries including life sciences, healthcare, and industrial manufacturing by providing advanced imaging systems.

The Role:
You’ll play a key role in supporting daily logistics and spare parts coordination, working closely with service engineers, freight partners, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a standalone role where you will responsible for all facets of inbound and outbound operations. You will use SAP on a daily basis for receipting goods and inventory.
Your duties will also include:
- Receive incoming goods and complete goods receipt processes
- Receipting of goods via SAP
- Physically inspect shipments and reconcile with documentation
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and internal teams
- Respond to logistics and spare parts enquiries via email (internal & channel partners)
- Book and manage demo equipment
- RF Scanning of stock
- Pick packing orders
- Support service engineers with spare parts management
- Collaborate with neighbouring dispatch team (separate company)
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and procedures
- Report directly to the Financial Controller
It will be advantageous to hold your LF forklift license. If you do hold this then additional duties will include:
- High Reach forklift operation up to 6 bays high
- Counter Balance loading and unloading trucks
The Candidate:
We’re looking for a hands-on and proactive Logistics Coordinator and someone with strong coordination skills and experience in warehouse or logistics support.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 2+ years previous experience in a logistics co-ordinating role
- Experience with SAP or similar WMS
- Computer and data entry experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills across departments
- Proactive, self-directed and capable of working independently
- Attention to detail and ownership of tasks
- Basic physical capacity for handling small boxes (no heavy labour)
- Comfortable with office-based work and occasional forklift duties (10–20%)
- Comfortable using email and internal systems (primarily computer-based)
