ASK Healthcare is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic and specialist team in Tamworth, NSW. This is could be full-time, part-time, casual or contractor position, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients through evidence-based speech and language interventions. Clinician-owned, innovative and leading in dysphagia management - delivering instrumental and complex swallowing services unique to regional practice. Your caseload - Your choice!

All paediatrics:

early language, neurodiversity-affirming practice, AAC, speech sounds, school-age language & literacy, feeding.

Mixed caseload:

all of the above plus adult dysphagia (incl. instrumental assessment), aged care & nursing homes, acquired communication, complex disability.

Outreach with everything paid

- all travel time included in your KPIs and kilometers directly reimbursed, every trip.

What we're looking for

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university programme.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Proven experience delivering speech pathology services in clinical settings.
- Robust assessment and diagnostic skills across a range of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients, families, and colleagues.




- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of current evidence-based practice and clinical guidelines in speech pathology.
- Professional approach to confidentiality and ethical practice standards.
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to client needs in varied settings.
- Preferred experience working with diverse populations or specialised client groups.
