An exciting opportunity has become available for a hands-on Store Manager to lead an Indian dessert and bakery destination in Sydney's Hills District. This is a people-focused leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to build a strong team culture, deliver exceptional customer service and oversee the day-to-day success of a busy store.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, you'll take ownership of all aspects of the store's daily operations. From leading and developing your team to ensuring operational excellence, you'll play a key role in maintaining a positive culture while driving commercial success.

This is a hands-on management position where no two days are the same. You'll be actively involved on the shop floor, supporting your team, engaging with customers and ensuring the store consistently operates to a high standard.

Roster: Full-time, rotating roster with evening & weekend availability required.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading the day-to-day operations of a busy retail store
- Recruiting, training, coaching and developing a team of 10+ staff




- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment
- Driving team performance through strong leadership and clear communication
- Managing stock ordering, inventory and operational processes
- Maintaining outstanding store presentation and cleanliness
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures
- Supporting nearby store operations when required

What They're Looking For

- Previous leadership experience within retail or hospitality
- A passionate people leader who enjoys developing teams
- Strong customer service skills with a hands-on leadership approach
- Experience managing stock and daily store operations
- Well organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A current driver's licence is advantageous
- An appreciation of multicultural customers and products is welcomed, but not essential

Salary & Benefits

$70,000 - 75,000 + Super (salary flexible for the right candidate)
