TEAM LEADER POSITION

- We are after an experienced Team Leader that understands the Business to Business
Market and Door to Door sales.
- The role requires the successful applicant to organize
territory, coach,



and mentor staff while growing staff and sales numbers.

Successful applicant must have:

- Leadership and door to door sales experience
- Strong understanding of how to allocate & manage turf
- Strong ability to build a high performing culture
- Strong sales & coaching ability
- Strong ability to recruit quality sales staff
