Emirates Leisure Retail is expanding with a current Brisbane Dining Precinct and multiple venues opening between December 2026 and January 2027. The Operations Manager will lead across the portfolio, shaping guest experiences and driving performance in a busy airport context.
You will build high-performing teams, embed strong leadership practices, and ensure consistent standards, performance, and safety across sites as openings progress.
