Senior Functional Consultant – Forecasting & Scheduling (UKG Pro WFM)

Contract Opportunity | Immediate Start | Hybrid Working

We’re currently seeking an experienced Forecasting & Scheduling Senior Functional Consultant to join a major UKG Central to UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) transformation program .

This is an immediate requirement supporting a large-scale migration initiative, with an engagement running through to December 2026 . You’ll join an established delivery team working across multiple project streams as the organisation progresses through build, deployment and post-go-live activities.

About the Role

As a Senior Functional Consultant, you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of the Forecasting & Scheduling workstream, supporting:

- Hypercare activities
- Remaining solution build and configuration
- Deployment and rollout activities
- Functional design and solution delivery
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Stakeholder engagement across project teams and implementation partners

Working within an agile delivery environment, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, project managers and implementation partners to deliver a successful UKG Pro WFM outcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and build Forecasting & Scheduling solutions within UKG Pro WFM
- Translate business requirements into scalable workforce management solutions
- Provide functional expertise across multiple project streams
- Support testing, deployment and hypercare activities




- Troubleshoot complex workforce management scenarios
- Produce effort estimates and manage deliverables independently
- Work with data, interfaces and integrations from a functional perspective
- Contribute to solution design discussions and delivery planning

About You

To be successful, you’ll bring:

- Strong hands-on Forecasting & Scheduling configuration experience
- Previous experience delivering UKG Workforce Management projects
- Proven ability to build and deploy workforce management solutions
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working independently within fast-paced project environments
- Understanding of workforce management data flows and integrations
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams

Highly Regarded

- Previous experience on UKG Central to UKG Pro WFM migration or transformation programs
- Exposure to solution design or architecture activities
- Similar industry experience
