CatholicCare Central Queensland is seeking a highly organised Scheduling Assistant to join our Group Activities & Transport team. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you'll play a key part in ensuring our clients receive reliable, high-quality services through effective scheduling and coordination.

About the Role
As a Scheduling Assistant, you will be responsible for the productive day-to-day coordination of client services by:
- Planning and coordinating daily service schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Managing roster changes in response to staff absences, client requests and operational needs.
- Identifying and resolving routine scheduling issues while escalating more complex matters when required.
- Maintaining accurate client, attendance, service and scheduling records.
- Providing exceptional customer service through professional and timely communication.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in scheduling, rostering or workforce coordination.
In addition to the above, you will need to demonstrate:
- Experience using rostering, scheduling, and client management systems, with the ability to maintain accurate records, manage competing priorities, and meet operational requirements.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, including coordinating multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in the use of relevant software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing positively to shared goals and outcomes.
