The Role

- Support daily centre operations and provide leadership to educators and teams
- Ensure adherence to NQF/NQS and maintain high standards of safety and practice
- Support delivery of engaging EYLF-aligned programs and curriculum
- Build strong relationships and support communication with families and community
- Assist with enrolments, documentation, reporting, and general centre administration

Role Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification)
- Prior experience within a leadership position
- Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks
- Effective communication skills in order to collaborate with the team, families and community
- Thorough knowledge of early childhood policies and practices
- Full working rights in Australia, visa assistance is not available
