The Harvey Norman Maitland Flooring Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

What we require:





- Greet and engage customers with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and preferences and recommend suitable flooring options.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and specifications.
- Collaborate with customers to create personalized flooring plans and designs.
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure a seamless installation process.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom to showcase our flooring options including some manual stock rotation.
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
