A leading Australian law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Real Estate & Construction team in Brisbane.

This firm has a top-tier real estate and construction practice, advising developers, investors, contractors, and government bodies on major projects, acquisitions, leasing, and large-scale infrastructure developments. The team works on complex, high-value transactions and disputes, shaping the landscape of Australia's property and construction sector.

As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on property acquisitions and disposals, construction contracts, leasing, and regulatory matters, while also mentoring junior lawyers in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Requirements

- 6+ years PQE,



with solid experience in real estate and/or construction law
- Background in front-end advisory and/or back-end construction disputes preferred
- Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills
- Ability to manage complex transactions and client relationships
- Australian-qualified lawyer
