This well-loved local venue is set to transform this Autumn, and we’re looking for a dynamic operator with strong operational expertise to take ownership of the journey—from shutdown, through the build, to a successful grand reopening. As Venue Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, drive high standards across service, compliance, and performance, and lead from the front to inspire a high-performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
What's on Offer:
- Generous Salary $100,000 - $120,000 + Super
- Quarterly KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/A

Essential requirements:
- 3+ years of Venue Management experience
- Proven experience managing a large food and beverage-focused venue
- Strong experience working
- Work with and communicate effectively with all departments within the Head Office team
- Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- P&L; understanding and ability to deep dive into financials to analyze where there is an opportunity to grow your business
- Ability to generate revenue-building ideas throughout all aspects of the business
- Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
- Write and control an effective roster
- Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss
- Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area
- Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
- RLMV, Approved Managers License, Gaming Nominee & CLO are a must
