Elite Resource Australia is seeking Trade‑Qualified Electricians for urgent night‑shift commercial solar farm maintenance and repairs in Wellington, NSW , commencing Wednesday, 15th of July

This is an excellent chance to gain exposure to large‑scale renewable energy systems , supported by strong pay rates, secure hours, and a professional team.

NIGHT SHIFT DETAILS

Night shift and Day shift

Consistent hours across the project

Responsibilities

- Electrical maintenance & repair across the solar farm
- Supporting safe and efficient operations
- Ensuring compliance with all electrical and WHS standards




- Solar or commercial electrical experience highly regarded

- $60/hr – Base
- $75/hr – OT1
- $105/hr – OT2

- Accommodation provided in Dubbo, NSW
- Meal allowance included
- Daily transport provided between Dubbo and Wellington

Requirements

- Valid Construction White Card
- Current LVR/CPR
- NSW or nationally recognised Electrical Licence
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a trade‑qualified electrician
- Must have own hand tools – e.g., socket set, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
- Must have own power tools – e.g., cordless drill and batteries
- Ability to work independently
- Own transport (preferred)
