Golding are seekingexperienced Production Mine Operatorsto join our team at Kogan Creek Mine, near Chinchilla. With a 4-year contract extension , our operations are secured until June 2030 , offering long-term career opportunities,

What’s on offer

- Permanent full time positions
- Residential role (accommodation not provided)
- Monday–Friday Dayshift / Monday–Thursday Nightshift roster
- Long-term project security through to 2030

We’re looking for operators experienced on one or more of the following:

What you’ll bring

- Strong commitment to safe work practices and site compliance
- Proven experience operating production equipment in an open-cut coal environment
- Current Standard 11
- Current Driver Licence




- Current Coal Board Medical (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol assessment
- Current training transcripts
- Trainer & Assessor qualifications and/or experience will be highly regarded
- Experience in pit dewatering is also highly regarded
