Hope Estate in Pokolbin, NSW, is seeking a hands-on Production Assistant for our winery, brewery and distillery operations. The role covers preparation, packaging, and deliveries, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend work for events.
You will assist the production team on canning/bottling lines, venue maintenance, and event setup, with a requirement for flexibility, physical fitness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
