Founded in 1881 by the Marist Brothers, St Joseph’s College is a boarding and day secondary boys’ school, whose Catholic identity is shaped by Marist spirituality and traditions. Governed by Marist Schools Australia, the College enrolment is approximately 1,100 students.
Casual Tennis Coaches
The College is seeking to appoint casual Tennis coaches for the 2026/2027 season. Under the guidance of the Head Coach of Tennis, coaches play an integral part in the implementation of the Tennis program within the school.
We are seeking coaches with enthusiasm, excellent communication skills and the ability to engage Tennis players of varying backgrounds and ability levels. Experience in coaching Tennis, particularly in a school workplace is desirable. We value coaches who care, who motivate players and who are keen to make a positive difference in the lives of our students.
- Either tennis coaching qualifications and/or playing experience with an interest in coaching
- Able to make a positive influence on players across ages 13 – 18 and a variety of ability levels
- Willing to work on Saturdays and after school sessions
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Experienced working in a school environment
- Level 1 or 2 Tennis Australia Coaching Qualification or equivalent
