Jims Mowing - Cleaning Group is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Gardeners and Cleaners to join our growing team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. This is a casual position offering flexible work opportunities in the gardening, landscaping, and cleaning industries. Whether you're looking for regular hours or occasional work to fit around other commitments, we want to hear from you. You'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming outdoor and indoor spaces and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Gardener and Cleaner Superstar, your responsibilities will include:

- Performing general garden maintenance tasks, such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and edging.
- Clearing garden waste and debris from residential and commercial properties.
- Assisting with landscaping projects and garden preparation.
- Operating garden maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
- Providing reliable and punctual service to customers across the Wagga Wagga region.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Working collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Following all health and safety guidelines and best practices.

As a Cleaner Superstar, your responsibilities will include:

- General house cleaning.
- Deep cleaning.
- End-of-lease cleaning.
- Move-in and move-out cleaning.
- Office cleaning.
- Airbnb and holiday rental cleaning.
- Regular weekly, fortnightly, or monthly cleaning.

What We’re Looking For

- A genuine passion for outdoor and indoor work, as well as gardening and cleaning.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor.
- Basic gardening and cleaning knowledge, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.




- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
- A current driver's licence and car to get to work- work vehicles are supplied whilst working.
- A White Card.
- A current police check or a willingness to obtain one.
- Experience with garden and cleaning maintenance equipment is preferred, but not essential, as training will be provided.
- A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
