Location: Hutchinson Ward, The Mater Hospital, North Sydney
Salary: $39.23 - 55.09 AUD base per hour.

About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our growing team on Hutchison Ward - Cardiovascular, with some Neurosurgical and Renal patients
The role involves delivering patient centred care that coordinates individualised care from admission and throughout hospitalisation, incorporating discharge planning in the plan of care.
Includes provision of detailed documentation of a systematic comprehensive and accurate assessment of patients.
Coordinates and implements the intervention(s) identified in the plan of care/ clinical path.
Evaluate and record progress towards expected outcomes and revise the plan of care as necessary.
Innovative and informed by current research using contemporary techniques and technology.
About You
Must be aRegistered Nurse with AHPRA.
Minimum 2-3 years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse with some cardiac experience.
Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills.
Must work well within a team environment and promote team cohesion.
Desired Criteria
Post graduate studies in cardiovascular, neurology or renal
