We support some of the country's most trusted food and beverage brands and are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our growing team in a rapid-paced logistics environment.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Administrator to join our nightshift warehouse team in Pemulwuy. Using your strong organisational and communication skills, you will support daily administrative operations and help deliver exceptional service to our customers and team.

Shift Hours: 10pm to 6:06am

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately process customer bookings in Paperless (WMS) and Bustle (TMS) to support efficient service delivery.
- Ensure customer compliance with Karras booking and communication procedures.
- Manage customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide operational support to drivers and warehouse staff on site.
- Process storage and cross-docking documentation.
- Monitor driver service levels and window compliance.
- Manage Go Ramp operations.
- Ensure POD compliance and documentation accuracy.
- Prepare operational paperwork including pallets, despatch/inbound documents and labels.




- Complete reporting requirements and release customer orders as required.
- Order releasing

Who You Are

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Willing to learn, develop and take on new responsibilities
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work
- Professional communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in warehouse administration or similar logistics roles
