Tenacity CX is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Coordinator in Cronulla. This full time, permanent role handles incoming service requests, schedules jobs, tracks progress and keeps customers updated at every step. Shifts are 38 hours per week, rotating Monday to Friday 7am–7pm.
From September, the schedule expands to Monday–Sunday, 5:00am–midnight, with hybrid working outside core hours. Ideal candidates have call centre or administrative experience, strong communication and time-management
