QUALITY MASHALLAH in Sydney’s coastal setting is seeking an experienced Head Chef to run the kitchen and uphold top quality across all dishes. You will lead by example, organise a busy team, and thrive in a high-volume café environment.
The role requires 3+ years as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy café or restaurant, with strong knowledge of breakfast, brunch, lunch, and contemporary café cuisine. You’ll manage stock, costs, rostering, and waste while ensuring NSW HACCP standards are met.
