Alexandra Hills Hotel in Brisbane seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations for a busy, family-focused venue. You will mentor a large front-of-house team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and work closely with the Hotel Manager and Head Chef to maintain high service standards.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance, manage staffing and ensure safety and cleanliness across a high-volume operation.
