You'll be the friendly voice and face at our Townsville store, supporting our hair and beauty customers with orders, product enquiries, and day-to-day assistance. No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a supportive team that genuinely enjoys what they do.

What You'll Be Doing

- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and recommendations
- Processing orders and managing customer accounts
- Merchandising, monitoring stock and ordering
- Contributing to a positive, fun, and team-focused workplace culture
