Village Dairy is seeking an experienced General Manager to take full responsibility for the business across its Dandenong and Traralgon operations. The role demands hands-on leadership, solid focus on safety, quality and customer service, and the ability to drive profitability and growth.

You will lead a multi-site operation, engage with key customers, manage the leadership team, and report to the Apta Group Directors and Board on performance and strategic delivery.
