We are currently looking for a motivated and organised Legal Assistant to join our Parramatta office and become a key part of our friendly team. Supporting a Senior Associate you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the care and service they deserve, while keeping his practice running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You Will Be Doing

- Provide day-to-day support to our legal team, including diary and file management
- Liaise with clients and external parties with empathy and professionalism
- Draft, format, and amend legal documents and correspondence
- Coordinate the flow of documents and medical reports

What We Are Looking For





You’ll bring a proactive approach and a genuine desire to help others. Ideally, you will also have:

- Worked as a legal assistant in the area of personal injury
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to juggle priorities and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and a team-focused mind-set
