Drive Growth Across Australia and International Markets

An exciting opportunity has become available for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate distribution and revenue growth across our portfolio of premium vitamins, supplements, skincare, olive oil, and other natural health products.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for identifying and developing current business opportunities, expanding local and international distribution networks and building long term partnerships with retailers, distributors, and strategic customers. You will play a key role in growing our established brands while successfully launching new products into domestic and export markets.

This role is ideal for an ambitious business development professional who enjoys opening new markets, building strategic relationships, and delivering sustainable commercial growth in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand overseas business opportunities, with a focus on China, Southeast Asia, and local markets
- Drive export sales growth and strengthen distributor and customer relationships




- Expand local distribution channels for existing vitamin brands
- Launch and establish new product lines in retail and wholesale markets
- Develop and manage strong relationships with key retail buyers and distributors
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and trade agreements
- Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

About You

You are a commercially minded, relationship focused professional with a strong track record of delivering growth through new business acquisition and strategic account management.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or health-related sales
- Bilingual English and Mandarin language skills are highly advantageous
- Familiarity with Cross-Border E-Commerce (CBEC) operations and platforms is preferred
- Strong understanding of international trade, export processes, and market development
- Proven success in opening new accounts and growing territory revenue
