Calida Projects is seeking a proactive Defects & Maintenance Manager to support our clients beyond project completion, ensuring defects are resolved efficiently and projects continue to meet high standards.
You will conduct monthly inspections on active DLP sites, manage defect rectification through to client sign-off, and maintain defect registers with transparent reporting. The role requires coordination of subcontractors and the ability to identify additional works for existing clients.
