About the role

As a Warranty Clerk, you’ll be a critical link between our dealership and manufacturer partners, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all warranty processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing and processing warranty claims accurately and efficiently




- Ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and requirements
- Liaising with manufacturers to resolve claims and queries
- Maintaining detailed records and completing monthly reconciliations
- Supporting Service and Workshop Managers with reporting and insights
- Contributing to continuous improvement of warranty processes

About you

You’re detail-oriented, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment. You take pride in accuracy and enjoy being the go-to person for getting things right.

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous dealership warranty experience (highly desirable)
- Experience with SAP and/or ERA systems (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
