About the Role

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our Sydney Airport branch. You'll lead a team of Rental Sales Agents, Shuttle Drivers, Fleet Coordinators and Vehicle Detailers, ensuring the branch operates efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving strong commercial outcomes.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll be expected to lead by example, support your team during busy periods and continually drive improvements across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing branch team.
- Drive branch revenue through strong sales leadership and customer service.
- Monitor and improve sales performance, KPI achievement and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train and mentor new team members.
- Manage daily branch operations, staffing and rostering.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational standards.
- Maintain high standards across fleet presentation, branch cleanliness and customer experience.
- Manage customer escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Work closely with Head Office and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews,



coaching sessions and team meetings.
- Monitor branch productivity, reporting and operational performance.
- Foster a positive, accountable and high-performance culture.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when required.

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous experience managing a branch, operations or customer service team.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience managing KPIs, sales targets and team performance.
- Outstanding communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- A current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.

Highly Desirable

- Previous experience within the car rental, automotive, travel, aviation or hospitality industries.
- Experience leading high-volume customer service operations.
- Experience with fleet or logistics operations.
