Join a leading provider of transport maintenance services as they embark on a major fleet upgrade contract. We are seeking multiple Mechanical Fitters to deliver modern maintenance upgrades to passenger trains over a two-year project based in Cardiff.

What's Involved?

- Accessibility and Safety upgrades
- Internal cladding and seating upgrades
- Emergency help point installations
- Emergency door installations
- Visual display and security upgrades
- Working as part of a team

What We're Looking For:

- Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitter and recognised Trade Certificate
- Other Mechanical tradespeople may be considered
- Passenger train experience highly regarded but not essential
- Willing and able to commit to a 2 year project




- Must be able to pass a Rail Category Medical
- Solid teamwork and communication skills
- Excellent reference to support your application

- Attractive casual hourly rates with yearly mandated increases
- Monday - Friday + overtime when required
- Day and Afternoon shift available
- Longevity of work - 2 year expected project duration
- Cardiff based workshop location
- Project starting from May with potential to onboard earlier
