Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and design tailored treatment plans
- Collaborate with a network of professionals to provide integrated, holistic care
- Maintain meticulous case notes and documentation in line with best practice standards
- Engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., AHPRA, AASW)
- Demonstrated experience in clinical, counselling, or community settings
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and family systems theory and frameworks
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong commitment to ethical,



inclusive, and culturally responsive practice
- Supportive, collaborative, and values-driven work environment
- Regular clinical supervision (fortnightly or monthly)
- Genuine flexibility and autonomy in client management and caseload
