We're searching for a passionate and commercially strong Store Manager to lead one of our clients stores in Charlestown.
This role needs someone who can balance people, performance and culture. Someone who knows how to drive results without losing the human side of leadership.
You'll lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where customer experience matters just as much as commercial success.
The right leader will create momentum, lift team performance and build a store culture people genuinely want to be part of.
The role includes:
- Driving sales growth and overall store performance
- Leading daily operations across stock, VM, rosters and wage control
- Coaching, mentoring and developing your team
- Creating a motivating and accountable team environment
- Analysing results and implementing strategies to improve performance
- Delivering premium customer experiences every day
- Building strong local community engagement
About you:
- Experienced retail leader with Store Manager or Senior ASM background
- Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills
- Confident managing KPIs, operations and team performance
- Passionate about team development and customer service
- Resilient, adaptable and solutions-focused
- Ready to take ownership and make a real impact
