Connect People is seeking a qualified HVAC Technician for an immediate start with our client's team based in Caringbah, NSW.

Our client is looking for an experienced HVAC professional to join their team, working across domestic air conditioning projects. This is a great chance for a qualified technician with solid hands‑on experience across split systems, ducted air conditioning and VRV systems.

What's in it for you:

- $45-$50 per hour + super
- Monday to Friday work with Saturdays as required
- 7:00am to 3:30pm shifts
- Caringbah location - close to Cronulla
- Immediate start available

What you'll be doing:

- Installing, servicing and maintaining domestic air conditioning systems
- Working across split systems, ducted systems and VRV systems
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs as required




- Carrying out preventative maintenance and system checks
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Working from the depot and attending customer sites as required

What you need:

- Qualified HVAC Technician / Refrigeration Mechanic
- 2-3 years’ domestic HVAC experience
- Experience with split, ducted and VRV systems
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of safety procedures and compliance requirements
- Full Australian working rights
