We’re seeking a friendly and organisedInternal Sales Representative to provide outstanding customer service to clients across Maroochydore and surrounding areas.

The Role

Join our team and become a sales superstar in the windows and doors industry, helping builders and general public make their home builds come to life as you guide them through what G James can offer.

- Provide product advice and prepare accurate quotes using V6, in line with Australian Standards, NCC and Design Pressures.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and deliver excellent customer service
- Meet KPIs for response time, quote accuracy, conversions, budgets and customer satisfaction

About You

- Experience in a trade, building and construction field, or sales is a bonus but not essential
