We're a family‑owned health and wellness business and proud members of the Go Vita Co‑Operative, serving the Shellharbour community for over 25 years. Every day, we help customers find the products that best meet their needs through exceptional service, expert advice and quality products.

We're looking for someone who thrives in retail, takes pride in high standards and enjoys achieving results. You'll naturally notice what needs attention, think for yourself and follow tasks through—whether that's helping customers, maintaining exceptional store presentation, coordinating stock or bringing our marketing to life.

About the Role

This is a varied, hands‑on role combining retail operations, merchandising and social media, while remaining an active member of our retail team.

Your regular roster will be Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays (approximately 22–25 hours per week ), with additional shifts available from time to time to support annual leave, promotional events and seasonal trading.





Full training will be provided across all aspects of the role.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering exceptional customer service.

Receiving and processing supplier deliveries while maintaining outstanding store presentation.

Supporting merchandising, stock rotation and inventory management.

Creating and scheduling social media content and newsletters.

Contributing to the smooth day‑to‑day operation and ongoing success of the business.

About You

Previous retail experience is essential.

We're looking for someone who:

Has a warm, engaging personality and enjoys helping customers.

Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in doing things well.

Is organised, uses initiative and follows tasks through.

Can confidently prioritise tasks in a busy retail environment.

Enjoys a varied role that combines customer service with operational responsibilities.

Has an interest in creating social media content.

Has an interest in health and wellbeing.

Experience using Canva and enjoys creating social media content an advantage.
