"My Community Health" is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team servicing the NSW Sydney East region. As a part-time Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare to our elderly and disabled clients within the local community. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time work arrangement.

What you'll be doing

- Providing comprehensive nursing care and support to clients in their homes or community settings
- Conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualised care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring client health and wellbeing, and reporting any changes to the appropriate medical professionals
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care
- Maintaining accurate and detailed client records
- Promoting client independence, dignity and quality of life

What we're looking for

- Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration




- Minimum 2 years' experience in a community nursing or similar role
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of aged and disability care practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing person-centred, compassionate care
- Current driver's licence
