Skills & Experience

- Erection and dismantling of modular and tube & coupler scaffolding
- Secure loading, unloading, and site handling of scaffolding equipment
- Assisting qualified tradesmen with structural setting and rigging
- Participating in daily Toolbox Talks and site safety inductions
- General site maintenance, clean‑up, and ensuring a safe workspace
- Working collaboratively within a team environment to meet strict project deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to ensure onsite safety and efficiency





Benefits

- $41 - $46 per hour + Super + Coinvest (depending on experience)
- Daily Travel Allowance ($22.41)
- Meal allowance (payable on shifts over 9.5 hours)
- Heavy overtime available – time and a half and double‑time rates paid
- Weekly Pay – processed every week, without fail
- Long‑term consistency with real full‑time potential for standout workers

Key Requirements

- Valid High‑Risk Work License (SB - Basic Scaffolding minimum)
- Valid White Card
- Minimum 6 months relevant scaffolding experience required
- Full PPE (Hard hat, Hi‑vis, Steel cap boots)
- Genuine desire to commit long‑term and work well within a crew
- Own transport highly desirable
