Don Gino West End is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the bar in our West End, Brisbane location. You will deliver outstanding customer service, oversee bar staff, and uphold beverage standards while managing stock, supplier relationships and costs.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a bar leadership role, deep knowledge of wines, cocktails, spirits and beer, and is proficient with Lightspeed and OpenTable. RSA certified and eligible to work in Australia are essential.
