About the Role

Commercial Windows is seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Worker / Aluminum Window & Door Fabricator to join our growing team in Beresfield, NSW.

This is a full-time position working in our manufacturing facility, where you'll be involved in the fabrication and assembly of commercial aluminum windows and doors. We are looking for someone who has experience in the building, construction, manufacturing, trades, or glazing industries and enjoys hands-on work.

While experience in window and door fabrication is highly regarded, we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and relevant construction or trade experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Fabrication and assembly of commercial aluminum windows and doors
- Reading and following production drawings and specifications
- Cutting, machining, and preparing aluminum components
- Installing glass into frames and completing final assembly
- Operating hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery
- Quality checking completed products before dispatch
- Loading and unloading materials as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Working collaboratively with the factory and installation teams
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

Essential:

- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, fabrication, glazing, carpentry,



cabinet making, aluminum fabrication, or a similar hands‑on trade
- Ability to use hand and power tools confidently
- Positive mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to work as part of a team
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to follow instructions and work from drawings or measurements

Highly Regarded:

- Experience fabricating aluminum windows and doors
- Experience in the glazing industry
- Forklift license
- MR license
- Trade qualification in a relevant field
