The role:

- Work closely alongside a highly successful residential sales team
- Manage buyer leads and conduct consistent, proactive buyer follow-up
- Maintain, manage, and optimise the client database
- Book property appointments and efficiently manage diary schedules for the lead agents
- Learn end-to-end sales and negotiation processes from industry experts

About you:

- Ideal for a "gun" leasing agent looking to transition into sales, or a highly driven entry-level candidate
- A phenomenal communicator with a passion for delivering a high level of customer service
- Tenacious and highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
