Afternoon Shift 2pm - 10pm | Monday to Friday

$51phr + 17% Shift loading + OT + Super (130k Package)

We are partnering with a well established manufacturer operating a brand-new, state-of-the-art production facility, and they are now seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join their afternoon shift team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern and clean manufacturing workplace with new equipment, strong leadership, and genuine long-term progression opportunities.

The Role reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance, fault-finding and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment across the site.

Key responsibilities include

- Preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance
- Mechanical fault-finding on high-speed production equipment




- Supporting production to minimise downtime
- Assisting with equipment upgrades, installs and improvements
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, GMP and WHS standards

About You

- Previous experience in FMCG manufacturing highly regarded
- Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Safety-focused with a proactive attitude
